Over the last 3 years, Claines Lozada and Adriana Spears (top photo) have integrated strength and knowledge to give our clients the best possible service in the Health Insurance market for our Seniors in New Jersey.
Under the leadership of Jose Sanchez at Senior Health Advisors, LLC., we learned the pros and cons of health insurance. After we had completed our learning time, we started this company called Spears & Associates, LLC.
From the beginning, it is our purpose to serve and teach Seniors how to take full advantage of the health benefits that exist in the market.
In 2022 we welcomed a new member to our team: Jesenia Y. Rivera (bottom photo). She brings 2 years experience and a new energy and spirit to our team!
As independent women, it is our desire to lead and fulfill our goal of serving every day, in addition to enjoy doing what we like the most, helping our community.

I remembered when it came time to choose my Medicare, it was such confusing thing to do. I received tons of letters from various agents asking to make appointment to schedule a meeting. I picked three out of the pile of letters to call. Adriana was the only one returned my call. We met in a diner, we were having a seminar but a lot of people were no show. The diner told Adriana to leave since they were not going to make money, Adriana took that news calm and politely, she apologized about the inconveniences then gave me brochure and told me she could meet with me again to explain all the different plans. I met with her two more times, she said she will meet with me until I understand how Medicare works. She answered many of my questions before I chose one. Thank God for Adriana, she makes choosing a plan so much easier. She's warm, friendly, have lots of patience. I had recommended her to my friends and they all think highly of her. If you are in a daze about which Medicare plan to choose you definitely need someone like Adriana. She will guide you through the maze. I give Adriana five stars.
